17th Annual Reducing Recidivism & Reentry Conference: Reentry Today and Moving Forward: Supporting Justice-Involved Alaskans
The UAA Center for Human Development, The Alaska Training Cooperative, and the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority are excited to host the 17th annual virtual Reducing Recidivism & Reentry Conference from Tuesday, February 15 through Thursday, February 17, 2022.
The Reducing Recidivism and Reentry Conference convenes a diverse community of professionals, family members, individuals with lived experience, and others who exchange ideas, identify gaps and solutions that promote reduced recidivism and successful reentry through appropriately serving justice-involved Alaskans at all phases of their justice involvement. The conference features a broad range of sessions highlighting resources for serving both youth and adults with disabilities.
In order to provide a conference that allows attendees the opportunity to learn and connect with fellow reentry professionals while maintaining safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are pleased to continue the conference through an interactive virtual platform. The easy-to-use virtual conference platform allows attendees to connect with peers, speakers, and exhibitors, all while providing education on today's most relevant topics!
The Reducing Recidivism & Reentry Conference receives funding and support from the Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority and the UAA Center for Human Development, as well as, time and effort from our planning committee members.
