Training Overview Description

Description. This training will define terms related to compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, stress, and their impact. This is an opportunity for a live discussion of the realities of compassion fatigue and the anxiety of present circumstances. The course will include a facilitated discussion around the impact of COVID19 on anxiety levels as well as how to manage current stress with a focus on resiliency and self-care. Participants will be able to develop detailed plans for coping with compassion fatigue, stress, and anxiety by focusing on resiliency and action.
