Training Overview Description

Description. The focus of this training will be to provide a foundation of understanding in how to create and maintain a supported environment and to model positive self-care during unsettling times. An array of resources will be discussed and reviewed to encourage resiliency today and into the future.

Resources that will be shared will include: Mental Health First Aid, Red Cross, HealthGuide, SAMHSA, Hospice Foundation of America.
