Event-specific Details

The first webinar is about the DD Shared Vision that came into law during the Legislative session of 2018. The discussion will have a history of how the concept came to be and the journey from then to now. There will be a self-advocate partner with an expert about the DD Shared Vision who will explain how it impacts the lives of people with disabilities and where the vision will take us into the future. It is expected the DD Shared Vision legislation will over time greatly improve the ability for people with disabilities to live their lives the way they choose.
