This class is designed for new care coordinators not yet certified. This course is required prior to taking Care Coordination Core Units offered by Senior and Disability Services.
This five-hour course is designed to be interactive and provide attendees the opportunity to participate in discussions. Topics to be covered include: Ethics, How to Serve Someone with a Disability, Advocacy, and Planning Services.
Training Information: This training will be presented as a Face to Face training. AKTC remote-learner portal will be available after your registration and payment are processed. (Please allow 15 minutes for the system to update payment information before accessing the online training portal.)

Registration for this training will close March 20, 2018. A minimum class size must be reached in order for training to occur. In the event minimum participation is not reached, paid participants will be offered registered for the next class.
