Connecting with Full Lives!
From writing plans of care to securing meaningful employment and everything in between, focusing on a person-centered approach for the individuals we serve is a common goal we all share! Join us for the annual Full Lives Conference as we re-incorporate the connection between Care Coordinators and Direct Service Professionals in support of successful outcomes.
The 17th annual Full Lives Conference will feature national and Alaskan experts on key issues that affect Care Coordinators, Direct Service Professionals and the people they support. Presentations will be provided on a wide range of topics allowing attendees to choose sessions based on their personal and professional interests such as diversity and cultural awareness, person-centered best practices, stress management, writing person-centered plans of care, climbing the career ladder, employment and so much more.
