This first installment in the series of Provider Readiness Training is designed exclusively for only your agency’s Executive Director, Clinical Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Quality Assurance Manager. This training will focus on Organization Management Capacity - Leadership and Change Infrastructure. Elements of this training are related to the results from the assessment and plan for reform provided by the Colston Group in August 2016.
The focus on agility, flexibility and stabilization during periods of improvement and change will underscore the need to be prepared for the changes that are inevitable in reform and redesign processes. Participants will learn how to position their organization for reform, how to achieve and maintain organizational flexibility and agility, and finally, how to effectively manage the scope of changes that will impact their organization.

This will include a link to the pre-assessment, the post-assessment and the PowerPoint presentation which can be printed and brought with you to the training.
