After the 16-hour training, participants will be able to develop performance measures for a redesigned system of behavioral health care and will know how to operationalize and implement these measures for system management and improvement within an Administrative Services Organization environment. This training module on performance and outcome management will consist of four domains: Principles and techniques of performance measurement and management; Use of benchmarks; Managing on the basis of performance and outcomes; and, HEDIS and CMS data sets.
There will be four days of training (Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday) with a morning session and an afternoon session.
DBH employees will be assigned to attend either the morning session from 8:00am - 12:30pm or the afternoon session from 1:00pm - 5:30pm.
The afternoon session will be recorded.
