This three-day Train-the-Trainer workshop, or one-day recertification, is to ensure that community transportation drivers have current expertise in passenger assistance techniques and sensitivity skills appropriate for serving persons with disabilities.
This is a Train-the-Trainer workshop and is meant for those who intend to become trainers.
