Description

This course provides information regarding questions people with disabilities have about working and benefits. Learn to assess and identify the depth of financial work incentive services needed, provide basic information, learn when to refer individuals to other services, and learn to navigate the Alaska DB101 website. This course is very in-depth and is intended for professionals who dedicate a portion of their time to employment services or supports.



Each week contains 2-3 lessons with a short weekly assessment. The web course is self-paced, which means you can complete the weekly course material at any time during the week. Lessons will be made available according to the course schedule.

You can expect each lesson to require 1-3 hours to complete. The total 8-week course will require 18-20 hours.
